Easy tip to get your sellers to say “Yes!” to staging

Are you having trouble convincing your clients to have their homes staged?  Here’s a simple yet effective technique to try:

During your listing presentation, show them photos of rooms from an unstaged home and then photos from a staged home (or before and afters from the same house).  Ask, “Which property would you, as a buyer, rather go and see in person?”
